Missing shelter at the bath resulting in wet floor - quite silly. Could be drinks at room. Taking into account the price, breakfast should be included.

Room was quiet and fairly clean.
Exceptionally comfortable bed, good size bathroom and an iron with ironing board, an electronic key card, coffee and tea making equipment in the room. The view from the window to city. Really kind and nice staff throughout. Location near a park.

The decor is cute, I guess, but the room was shockingly small and the sloping roof made showering a challenge-what a triumph, right? Not to mention, the hair dryer is practically ancient. I thought I might get a complimentary bottle of water or something for all my troubles, but alas, no such luck. Honestly, I almost wrote a good review, but I just couldn't.

I didn't find the staff particularly helpful or interested in making our stay as nice as possible. They need a little polishing on their people skills.
